About the role

n

As an Intermediate/Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service across a varied client portfolio, while being supported and mentored by experienced leaders within the firm. Key responsibilities include:

- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for a range of clients (companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals)
n
- Managing compliance work including BAS, IAS and other statutory obligations
n




- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
- Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
n
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members (senior candidates)
n
- Contributing to process improvement and internal best practice
n

About you

n

n
- CA/CPA qualified or actively working towards completion
n
- 2+ years' experience in a public practice environment
n
- Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
n
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
n
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, XPM)
n
- A genuine desire to grow, learn, and progress within a supportive team environment
