Kerman Contracting is seeking experienced Schedulers to join our Site-Based Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing planning, progress updates, and comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for the project.

Roles, Duties And Responsibilities

n

n
- Using Primavera P6, develop a project baseline schedule based on the tender program scope of works, drawings, client's scheduling requirements, and estimated labour hours
n
- Early identification of risk factors associated with activities, and communication to the Project Manager and Site Manager
n
- Lead in creating comprehensive and realistic project schedules complete with crucial milestones, links, dependencies, critical path, resource and commodity loading and ensure alignment to the Construction Methodology
n
- Provide project managers with timely, informed, and up-to-date progress information, including Quantity Man-hour Reports (QMR) and Earned Value Management
n




- Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to the client including baseline progress updates, critical path, 3-week lookahead, manning histograms, QMR, progress highlights & summaries, etc.

- Proactively liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors to maintain project schedules and continually monitor the "actual" against the "planned" progress

About You

n

n
- A relevant engineering degree or trade background is highly desirable
n
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role
n
- Excellent Primavera P6 and Excel skills
n
- Navisworks or familiarity with various modelling software would be an advantage
n
- Applicants must be willing and able to successfully obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance.
