What You’ll Do:

- Lead with Love:Be the heart and soul of the Preschool room, creating a safe, fun, and stimulating space for children to thrive.
- Play and Learn:Develop and deliver an exciting, play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and joy.
- Build Bonds:Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the local community.
- Inspire and Grow:Mentor and support your team of educators, encouraging their qualified growth and development.
- Stay Sharp:Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies.

What we need from you:

- Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent.
- Proven 2+ years experience in a Room leader role within an Australian early childhood setting.
- A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.




- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
