As the FP&A; Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business performance through insightful analysis, modelling, and collaboration with operational leaders.

What You'll Be Doing

- Business partnering with operational managers to provide financial insights
n




- Developing scenario models to assess business performance and support strategic decisions
n
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end analysis
n
- Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across key business units
n
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
n

About You

n

You'll thrive in this role if you are curious, analytical, and eager to grow your commercial skill set. Ideally, you will bring:

n

n
- CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
n
- Strong analytical capability and financial modelling skills
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
n
- Experience from public practice (audit, business services, valuations) or a commercial finance background as a management accountant
n
- A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to work closely with operations
n
