Job Description: About this role:

As an Anaesthetic / PACU Registered Nurse (Stage 1) at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba, you will be providing your expert nursing care to our patients during and immediately following their surgery, using your advanced assessment skills and judgment to support a protected transition through surgery and recovery from anaesthesia. In this fast-paced role you will work alongside our highly skilled team of surgeons, anaesthetists and perioperative professionals in this collaborative and supportive team environment to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Things that work for us:

- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years' experience within Anaesthetics/ Stage 1 PACU in a highly-acuity perioperative setting
- Focus, to deliver patient centred, evidence-based care
- Flexibility to work on a permanent part-time basis (24 hours per week)



the ability to participate in a rotating roster, including weeknights and weekend on-call requirements where applicable
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to work independently of others
- Post graduate perioperative certificate desirable
