Based in Brisbane or Sydney, you will develop learning resources, including eLearning and onboarding programs, and coordinate training across Operations and Maintenance teams.
You will ensure content reflects current practices, monitor compliance, and maintain training records while collaborating with leaders, SMEs and trainers to meet targets.
