Mitti by SafetyCulture is hiring a Software Engineer II to join our Understand Group. You will design and build AI features end to end, spanning AI Assistant, agents and platform layers. You’ll prototype, test and ship in a greenfield space with robust R&D; components.

You will work across backend and cloud services, using AWS, Golang, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, with a focus on scalable, user-centric systems in a hybrid work environment at our Sydney HQ.
