Due to significant contract awards within our Australia and Recent Zealand Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure group and are currently searching for a Design Manager to join the team, based in our Perth office.
n
The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range to both internal and external clients, delivering projects across water and wastewater treatment, civil infrastructure, and defence sectors. From concept design to design delivery partnerships and design and construct solutions, we prioritise sustainable outcomes that benefit both our clients and the communities they serve.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary water infrastructure design across major projects, ensuring successful delivery
n
Manage scope, programme, resources,



budgets and technical outputs to meet quality, time and compliance requirements
n
Provide design leadership across all disciplines and oversee delivery from concept through to construction
n
Collaborate with clients, project managers and teams to resolve issues and align technical and commercial outcomes
n
Contribute to bids and methodology development while mentoring team members and fostering high-performance practices.
