Glass Outlet is recognised Australia-wide as a leading wholesale supplier of glass, aluminium fencing, balustrading, aluminium screening, shower screens and associated products.

Working as part of a supportive and friendly team, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Ensuring trade customers are served in a timely manner and to high customer service levels
n
- Ensuring consistent productivity and efficiency of the team while achieving a high level of picking accuracy
n
- Ensuring outgoing goods are despatched in a timely & accurate manner
n
- Co-coordinating and assisting in the receiving and putting away of incoming stock
n
- Co-ordinate rolling stock takes with a view to ensuring stock integrity and early identification of any deficiencies in picking/systems
n
- General warehouse duties as workflow requires
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n




- Previous experience in a warehouse lead role with sound knowledge of the workings of a distribution business
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with warehouse and office teams.
n
- Problem solving skills with a can do attitude
n
- Shown ability to lead and motivate a team
n
- Valuable attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and safety.
n
- A positive and team-focused approach.
n

Work hours are 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with warehouse opening at 7.30pm.
