Job Description

RMS is seeking a pragmatic, growth-oriented legal partner to own end-to-end customer contract negotiation for a rapid-growing SaaS business. You'll work with commercial teams, manage payments, SLAs, and disputes, and shape contracting processes as the first legal hire.

You will draft and review SaaS subscriptions, MSAs, DPAs, and partner agreements, balancing risk with practical business needs. Melbourne-based with real flexibility and occasional office visits.
