Your Impact

n

As the General Manager, you will:

n

Lead a team with energy, accountability, and professionalism

n

Drive a high-performance culture focused on results and member experience

n

Oversee all operational aspects of the club

n

Build strong team culture and community connection

n

Ensure the facility consistently reflects TotalFusion's premium standards

n

Drive membership growth, retention, and commercial performance

n

Lead one of the region's most exciting health and wellness destinations

Key Responsibilities

n

Lead and develop a high-performing team across all areas of the club

n

Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain exceptional team members and Department Heads

n

Drive sales, retention, growth, and revenue targets in collaboration with the leadership team

n

Oversee all day-to-day club operations and member experience delivery

n

Ensure premium presentation standards are maintained across the entire facility

n





Identify operational gaps and implement performance improvement strategies

n

Oversee rostering, payroll approvals, leave management, and operational compliance

n

Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, retention strategies, and financial performance

n

Support and execute internal and external marketing initiatives

n

Drive community engagement and club presence within the Springfield region

n

Utilise reporting systems and operational software to drive accountability and efficiency

n

Uphold TotalFusion's policies, procedures, standards, and cultural values

n

Foster a positive, high-performing, and supportive team culture

n

What We're Looking For

n

Proven leadership experience within health, fitness, hospitality, wellness, or premium service environments

n

Strong operational leadership capability across large-scale facilities

n

Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenue targets

n

Exceptional people leadership and team development skills

n

Ability to lead with confidence, professionalism, and emotional intelligence

n

Strong understanding of premium member experience and service standards

n

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

n

High attention to detail and operational excellence mindset

n

Experience managing multiple departments and service offerings preferred
