Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Concrete Production Supervisor to join our team in the Perth Metro Region. You will oversee batching and loading, make operational decisions, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining quality and efficiency across our fleet.
The role requires a safety-focused mindset, ability to work long hours, and robust teamwork with the capacity to plan and troubleshoot under pressure. Training for batching and equipment may be provided as needed.
