Job Description

Randstad Healthcare seeks an experienced Facility Manager to lead a large residential aged care facility in Melbourne's West. You will own day-to-day operations, ensure clinical governance, financial performance, occupancy, and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, drive occupancy strategies, and maintain solid relationships with residents, families and community stakeholders.
