About the position
We are seeking applications for multiple EducationSupport Officer positions at our South-East locations. Ifsuccessful, you will provide effective and quality customer serviceand administration support to internal stakeholders and current andprospective clients.
To be considered for this position you will be able todemonstrate the following key selection criteria:
- Minimum of Certificate III in Business Administration orsimilar field; and/or at least 3 years' experience in anadministration role
- Ability and willingness to work across multiple sites asrequired in the North West Education Hub
- Proven experience in the provision of administrativesupport in a funded/contracted setting, including the abilityto communicate with a range of people (for example, CALDcommunities and difficult clients)
- Demonstrated knowledge of various administrative functionsin Education programs including SEE, Skills First, AMEP andACFE
- High level IT skills including use of online platforms inregistering and enrolling Education clients
- Proficient in STRATA, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointand Teams
- Demonstrated experience and ability in using onlineplatforms to support clients and client data reporting
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem solve andtake the extra mile to engage clients
- Experience working with client management systems (STRATA)and/or government reporting systems (ARMS, VET Online, SVTS,inputting and extracting data
- Possess strong organisational and time managementskills
- Exposure to financial processes, payments and/or petty cashmanagement
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively aspart of a team in a busy environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication and presentationskills
