Located onsite at Birchip P-12 College, this sessional kindergarten is deeply connected to the local community and provides a collaborative and relationship-focused environment for children, families and educators.

With Long Day Care also operating onsite, there are strong connections across the early years and opportunities to work alongside a broader early childhood community.

About the Role

As a Diploma Educator, you will:

- Support the delivery of engaging, high-quality educational programs across both 3YO and 4YO kindergarten
- Contribute to curriculum planning, documentation and assessment
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Build strong and respectful relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teachers and the wider community
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning setting
- Bring your experience, ideas and passion for early childhood education to the service

About You

We're looking for an Educator who:

- Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Has previous experience working in an early childhood setting beyond student placement
- Is confident contributing to programming, documentation and assessment
- Builds genuine relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Is passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education
- Enjoys being part of a close-knit team and community
- Is flexible, collaborative and willing to embrace the opportunities that come with regional living

Please note: This position is best suited to educators who have gained practical experience in an early childhood setting outside of student placement experience.
