Are you an experienced customer service professional who is confident, motivated and customer-oriented? Do you have a passion for exceeding customer expectations with excitement for prestige brands? If this sounds like you, we want you to join our high-performing service team at the home of BMW in Western Sydney, Penrith BMW

Roles and responsibilities

- Managing customer service and repair requirements in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating workshop bookings to ensure efficient utilisation
- Providing regular customer updates and maintaining strong relationships
- Accurately preparing and costing invoices in line with company standards
- Supporting workshop productivity and service performance targets
- Participating in ongoing manufacturer and internal training programs

To be successful in this role

- Experience in a similar customer-facing or Service Advisor role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Solid computer literacy (MS Office and dealership systems desirable)
- A proactive, motivated and customer-focused mindset
- A current and valid driver’s licence
