Job Description
Field Manager – Seasonal Retail Operations (WA)
n
Part-time | 2.5-month contract | Perth, Rockingham and Mandurah
n
Join Calendar Club Australia for our busiest time of year
n
For over 30 years, Calendar Club Australia has helped Australians stay organised and celebrate their passions. We're Australia's destination for calendars, diaries, planners and unique gifts, with seasonal pop-up stores across the country and an extensive range of officially licensed entertainment, sport, art, lifestyle and family products.
n
We're looking for a hands-on Field Manager to oversee approximately 5-7 seasonal pop-up stores across Perth, Rockingham and Mandurah.
n
About the role
n
You'll be the key link between our Head Office and WA store teams, regularly visiting stores to ensure they look great, operate effectively and deliver an excellent customer experience.
n
This is a varied, fast-paced field role where no two days are the same. You'll support store teams, solve operational issues, maintain merchandising standards and help keep our seasonal network running smoothly.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Visit stores across Perth, Rockingham and Mandurah.
n
Assess store presentation, merchandising, cleanliness and operational standards.
n
Implement and maintain planograms and promotional displays.
n
Coach and support store teams, including assisting with onboarding and training.
n
Identify issues and take action to improve store performance.
n
Support store openings, pop-up installations, stock takes, display changes and promotional campaigns.
n
Respond to urgent operational requirements from Head Office.
n
Report on store conditions, staffing,
compliance and opportunities for improvement.
n
Maintain safe working practices and ensure WHS requirements are followed.
n
About you
n
You'll ideally have experience in retail operations, merchandising or field management, along with:
n
Strong retail merchandising and planogram skills.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
n
Strong organisation, time-management and problem-solving skills.
n
Confidence working independently across multiple locations.
n
Microsoft Office and mobile reporting skills.
n
A current unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.
n
Experience in multi-site retail, visual merchandising and team training will be highly regarded.
n
Flexibility is significant
n
Retail doesn't operate strictly from 9 to 5—and neither does this role.
n
You'll need the flexibility to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays when required, particularly around store installations, merchandising changes, promotional launches and other operational requirements.
n
Frequent travel between stores is required, with occasional overnight travel where necessary.
n
What we offer
n
A varied, hands-on role with plenty of autonomy.
n
The opportunity to work across a diverse seasonal retail network.
n
Initial training and ongoing support.
n
A supportive Head Office team.
n
If you're proactive, organised, solutions-focused and comfortable being out in the field, we'd love to hear from you.
n
Calendar Club Australia is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and provide equal employment opportunities.
