We are a growing Melbourne-based painting company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

We are seeking a reliable Painting Trade Worker to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis.

n

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints and coatings, repairing and maintaining painted surfaces, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

n

n
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Painting Trades Worker or in a similar role.
n
- Proficiency in using various painting tools and equipment.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Knowledge of safety procedures in the workplace.
n




- Able to communicate in english Physically fit and able to work in a harsh climate, performing manual work.
n

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate your understanding and knowledge of the different types of paints, equipment required, and techniques used to apply paint systems to various substrates.
n
- Ability to work at heights safely.
n
- Ensure the highest quality standards in all painting and finishing work.
n
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work setting.
n
- Work with other construction workers onsite such as Carpenters, Electricians & Plumbers Physically fit and able to undertake manual work, erect scaffolding, ladders safely.
