Your Role in Creating Change

As a Parent Pathways Mentor, you’ll work closely with localcommunity and government services to deliver personalised,family-focused support. Working in the northern suburbs(travel within the Adelaide north to work across multiple sites maybe required), you’ll be part of a collaborativeeffort to build a just and compassionate society, upliftingfamilies and helping them achieve their goals.

What You’ll Bring

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Services (Social Work,Education, Youth Work, Employment Services) or equivalentexperience.
- Training in working with families facing complexneeds.
- Experience in case management and working withmarginalised individuals.
- Certifications:
- Child Safe Environments and RAN-EC qualification.
- DHS Working with Children Check.
- DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Skills & Commitment:
- Knowledge of educational and vocational pathways.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databasesystems.
- A deep commitment to social inclusion and qualityservice delivery.
