We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join the Noel Jones Carrum Downs team.

Requirements

- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Reliable vehicle (essential)

- Professional presentation and a positive team mindset

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end residential sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and buyers, delivering a client-first experience
- Conduct appraisals, listing presentations, open homes and private inspections
- Negotiate offers and provide clear guidance to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Maintain an organised pipeline and follow-up rhythm, meeting agreed performance targets
- Work collaboratively with the broader team while operating confidently and autonomously
