About the Role

At Team Global Express, we’re investing in the future of AI and looking for an energetic and passionate AI Enablement Lead to help drive AI adoption across our business. Reporting to the Head of AI and sitting within our Data, AI & Integration team, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping teams embrace AI with confidence, capability and purpose. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across operations, technology and corporate functions to identify opportunities, remove barriers to adoption and translate business challenges into practical AI‑enabled solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI is used across a large‑scale enterprise, delivering measurable business outcomes while ensuring responsible and effective AI practices are embedded into everyday ways of working.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the design and delivery of AI learning programs, workshops and training initiatives across the organisation.
- Drive AI adoption by coaching teams, building capability and helping employees apply AI to real business challenges.
- Develop and maintain AI resources including playbooks, prompt libraries, guides, use cases and best‑practice materials.
- Build and support an internal network of AI Champions to foster learning, collaboration and innovation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, automation and workflow optimisation.
- Assist teams in prototyping AI‑enabled solutions that improve efficiency, decision‑making and customer outcomes.
- Promote and embed responsible AI practices, ensuring safe and compliant use of AI technologies.
- Track adoption metrics, provide insights and report on outcomes, opportunities and risks.




- Review and standardise business processes to ensure they are optimised and ready for automation and AI‑driven solutions.

What You’ll Bring

- Hands‑on experience applying AI tools, workflows or automation solutions to solve business problems.
- Experience designing and delivering capability, training or adoption programs across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
- Experience working within technology, data, digital transformation or change environments.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles, governance, privacy and risk management.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into practical, outcomes‑focused solutions.
- Experience creating knowledge resources, playbooks, guidance materials and communities of practice.
- A curious, pragmatic and action‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Exposure to enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, AWS Bedrock, workflow automation tools or similar technologies will be highly regarded.
