Job Title:
n Business Analyst | TSPV/TSPA Clearance
n Deliver business analysis across a complex government technology workplace, investigating business situations, defining requirements and acceptance criteria, and supporting high-quality ICT product delivery. This role requires full-time onsite attendance in Canberra, with no work from home.

n Work Arrangement: Full-time onsite in Canberra - no work from home
n Contract Duration: 12 months with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
n Security Clearance Requirement: TSPV/TSPA only
n Closing Date: 10.00am, 11 September 2026

Essential Tasks:

- Investigate and analyse complex business situations, processes and opportunities.
n
- Define requirements, specifications and acceptance criteria for ICT solutions.
n




- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects and developers.
n

Key Criteria:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' Business Analyst experience for LOR4 or 5 years for LOR5.
n
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
n
- Strong capability in business situation analysis, including complex and ambiguous environments.
n
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and ability to gain agreement on recommendations.
n
