The team at Flexiforce are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Factory Labourer to join our team in a busy manufacturing environment based in Goulburn.

This is a hands-on role is suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a supportive team.

Prior experience working with Metal is desirable.

n

Responsibilities could include

n

- General labouring duties within a manufacturing warehouse.
n
- Assisting with the handling, cutting, and preparation of metal products.
n
- Loading and unloading materials and finished goods.
n
- Operating basic machinery (training provided if required)
n




- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
n
- Supporting warehouse and production teams as needed
n

About You

- Prior warehouse or factory experience preferred
n
- Previous experience working with metal products (highly desirable)
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
n
- Strong work ethic and can-do-attitude
n
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
n
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Ability to work in a team setting or without supervision Reliability is a MUST!
