CT Connections is building its award-winning team to support a fast-growing client portfolio. We're seeking experienced corporate travel consultants to join our national travel team in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

About the Role

n

This is more than a booking role. You'll be a trusted advisor to your clients, combining travel expertise, sound judgement and genuine care to anticipate their travel needs and deliver consistently outstanding service. You'll also be part of a collaborative team that shares knowledge, supports current ideas and works together to achieve exceptional results.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Support a portfolio of corporate travel accounts and deliver seamless domestic and/or international travel services.
n
- Design travel solutions that align with each client's travel policy, service expectations and business priorities.
n
- Arrange flights, accommodation, car hire, visas, insurance and related services with precision and care.
n
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships through responsive, proactive and personal service.
n




- Identify booking trends and recommend practical ways to improve efficiency, traveller experience and cost effectiveness.
n
- Keep your knowledge current with ongoing training across travel products, systems and industry tools.
n
- Represent CT Connections confidently at client and industry events as needed.
n
- Share your expertise with colleagues and contribute to a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- 3+ years of multi-skilled corporate travel consulting experience.
n
- Expertise in domestic and/or international fares, ticketing, reissues and itinerary planning.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine love of customer care.
n
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
n
- A team player with a pro-active mindset and a deep respect for relationships.
n
- Experience using Sabre GDS and Tramada (preferred).
n
- A drive to work in an environment where people feel safe, secure and empowered to perform.
