What role will you play?

As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to two Global People & Culture Directors, the Head of Transformation and their teams. You will manage complex schedules, travel arrangements and team logistics across multiple regions, while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. In addition to executive support, you will play a key role in coordinating team activities, workshops and engagement initiatives, contributing to the effectiveness and success of the broader team.

- Proven experience supporting senior executives within a global organisation, with the ability to manage complex schedules, competing priorities and stakeholders across different time zones
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills,
with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into practical outcomes
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with sound judgement, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Copilot, together with experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, workshops, events and team engagement activities
