Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced ICT Service Manager to lead the next phase of our ICT Service Management across a distributed national setting. You will manage an eight-person ICT Service Desk team, drive ITSM maturity, and deliver reliable, customer-focused technology services for 16,500 Goodstarters across 700 centres.
Reporting to the CIO, you will own service performance, improve incident/problem/change processes, and partner with Infrastructure and external providers.
