Wildtrak is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team of up to six staff. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Brendale warehouse, ensuring customer orders get out on time and incoming stock gets received and processed efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll organise the day's workload, set priorities, keep the team moving and roll up your sleeves to work alongside them when required.

Key responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a warehouse team of up to six staff

Release sales orders and set daily picking priorities
n
Allocate staff and resources across picking, packing, dispatch and incoming goods
n
Monitor KPIs and team performance
n
Book outgoing freight and coordinate carrier collections
n
Adjust priorities throughout the day as workloads change
n
Maintain good stock control and warehouse organisation
n
Ensure secure warehouse practices and procedures are followed

About you
n
Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience
n
Strong picking, packing, receiving and dispatch experience
n
Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems. Previous exposure to Pronto or Acumatica would be highly regarded
n
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing workloads
n
The confidence to direct and motivate a small team
n
A strong focus on productivity and accuracy
