We’re expanding! Due to increased business, we’re looking for full‑time Branch Managers to lead our teams at our Blacktown Branch

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Branch Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your branch’s success. Your leadership will inspire your team, boost performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion exceptional customer service standards
- Drive sales, revenue growth, and branch profitability
- Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management
- Lead, coach, and develop a young, vibrant frontline team
- Oversee financial performance, fleet, inventory, and daily operations
- Deliver accurate reporting and performance insights

What You Bring:

We’re looking for confident, commercially-minded leaders who take pride in ownership and performance.

You must have:





- Proven car rental industry experience
- Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience, ideally in a multi-site or fast‑paced environment
- Solid leadership presence with confidence and self-belief
- A customer-first mindset with strong sales and commercial instincts
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills
- Flexibility to work across locations and weekends when required
