We are looking to recruit a Parts Advisor to join our Agriculture and Dairy Parts Team based in Huntley. The focus of this role is to help our external customers and internal workshop with parts enquiries.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8am-5:00pm, weekends on a rota basis

Key Duties will Include:

- Serving agricultural and dairy customers in person and by phone
- Supporting engineers with parts and technical help
- Ordering parts
- Stock input and control
- Other duties related to keeping the business operating effectively
- Be part of a weekend working rota

The Ideal Applicant:

- is a team player
- has the ability to work under pressure and versatile to quickly change between tasks
- will be committed to providing prompt and helpful resolutions to challenging problems
- will be confident to upsell to bring in additional parts business
- will be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills
- has previous agricultural and/or dairy parts knowledge is advantageous




- Clean UK Driving Licence
