Work Flexibility:
Onsite As a Demo Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting product evaluations, customer trials and training events across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you'll coordinate, prepare and dispatch medical device equipment, ensuring everything arrives on time, in the right location and in excellent condition. This is a hands‑on role that combines logistics, inventory management, stakeholder coordination and customer service in a fast‑paced environment. The equipment you manage is often a customer's first experience with Stryker, making attention to detail and high standards essential. Based full‑time onsite in our St Leonards office, you'll join a close‑knitted team that works together to deliver an exceptional experience for our internal stakeholders and customers.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate demo equipment bookings and dispatches across ANZ
- Manage inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records
- Prepare, pack and ship equipment for customer trials and training events
- Support cadaver labs and educational programs
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders
- Prioritise multiple requests and competing deadlines
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and service
- Assist with warehouse activities and inventory organisation
What You’ll Bring
- An interest in logistics, supply chain, operations, engineering or inventory management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A proactive, team‑focused attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable with the physical nature of the role, including preparing, packing and moving equipment as part of day‑to‑day operations Full working rights for Australia/New Zealand

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
