Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is hiring a Change Lead to support the Scams EDR program. You will plan, execute and embed change activities across multiple work streams, assess impacts, engage stakeholders, and help AFCA staff and members confidently adopt recent processes and technology.

This max-term contract runs to end June . You'll lead engagement sessions, coordinate training, analyse adoption trends, and partner with the Senior Training Consultant and Communications
