Our Vet is seeking an Area Manager to lead a cluster of busy clinics, driving performance, mentor Practice Managers and support a connected leadership network. You will champion consistent standards and hands-on clinic leadership across Thomastown, Maribyrnong, Melton, Point Cook and Geelong.

You will bring 5+ years in clinical leadership, P&L; awareness, rostering and operations experience, plus exceptional communication and team development skills.
