Key Responsibilities

- Work independently in a remote setting with self-discipline and initiative
- Generate leads through digital marketing and basic online advertising
- Conduct structured phone or Zoom interviews (scripting provided)
- Provide peer support and mentorship within a collaborative team environment




- Participate in ongoing professional development via weekly training calls

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with an interest in digital marketing
