About the role

Our Real Estate team is in an exciting period of growth across Queensland and as such, we have a number of permanent, full time opportunities across the state for Rural Real Estate Sales Representatives to join our team!

With immediate opportunities in: Toowoomba, Townsville, Roma and Dalby a market competitive remuneration package is available with flexibility in structure depending on applicant experience and proven sales history.

Responsibilities

- List, market and sell properties
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
- Participate in Branch business development programs
- Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
- Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
- Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
- Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events

About you

- Hold a Real Estate licence (or working towards one) and a current driver’s licence (essential)
- Possess local real estate industry experience and associated influences
- Can appraise properties, and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties
- Possess an understanding of Real Estate Legislation with a keen eye for detail
- Have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Are a team player who is enthusiastic,



energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
