We are looking for an ICT Business Analyst to work with our technology clients to identify business needs, analyse processes, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Full time permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to identify and document business and system requirements
Analyse existing processes and recommend technology improvements
Develop business cases, functional specifications, and process documentation
Liaise between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams
Support testing, implementation, and change management activities
Monitor and evaluate system performance against business objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a business or systems analyst role




Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with requirements documentation, process mapping, or Agile methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a consulting or client services workplace desirable
