If you are an experienced Recruitment Partner with a proven track record of recruiting across finance, data, transformation, and change portfolios, we invite you to explore an exciting opportunity to join our team onsite with a leading global financial services client based in Sydney.

As part of a cooperative and advisory team, you will deliver a best-in-class recruitment service, partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and drive hiring outcomes across critical finance, data and transformation functions.

You are proactive, consultative, and responsive in your approach, with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and delivering value as a strategic talent partner.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise as a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, assess, and engage high‐calibre professionals across finance, data, transformation, and change functions. You will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver strong hiring outcomes across a diverse portfolio of specialist and strategic.

You will build strong credibility with stakeholders, take ownership of your portfolio,



and deliver with a high degree of accountability. You will be comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, complex environment and excel at building trusted relationships across both business and technical functions.

You will also bring a proactive, market‐informed approach, using innovative sourcing strategies and talent insights to identify and engage top talent while continuously enhancing both the candidate and stakeholder experience.

What You Offer:

- Proven experience recruiting across Finance, Transformation or Data functions
n
- Experience hiring for roles such as Data Analysts, Data Governance, Data Architecture, Business Analysis, Finance or Finance Transformation or related specialist disciplines
n
- Strong track record delivering end‐to‐end recruitment within a large, complex, enterprise, financial services, or professional services environment
n
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against competing deadlines
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organisation
n
- Experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver strategic talent outcomes
n
- A consultative mindset, with the ability to provide market insights, recruitment intelligence and talent advisory support
