Assessor / Estimator – Insurance Repairs

TBuild QLD is growing and we are looking for an experienced Assessor / Estimator to join our team.

n

This role is focused on insurance assessments and estimating, working closely with insurers and our internal team to deliver accurate scopes and costings across a high volume of claims.

n

About the Role

n

Attend sites to complete insurance assessments and damage reports

n

Prepare detailed scopes of works and estimates

n

Identify cause of damage and required rectification works

n

Liaise with insurers, owners and internal team

n

Upload reports and documentation via platforms such as Prime and ENData

n

Assist with project handover to supervisors for delivery

n





Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and within KPI's

n

About You

n

Proven experience in insurance building/assessing/estimating (essential)

n

Strong estimating and scoping ability

n

High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting

n

Trade background highly beneficial

n
