We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Casual Trainer and Assessor to join our team in Perth CBD, Perth. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and compliant training sessions across key disciplines, specifically focusing on First Aid, Fire, and Construction safety.

Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will typically include:

- Delivering high-quality, practical training sessions to students in line with industry standards and training package requirements.

- Assessing student competence fairly, accurately, and thoroughly against established criteria.
n




- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and discussion.
n
- Completing and managing necessary training documentation, compliance records, and student assessments in a timely manner.
n
- Ensuring all training equipment and materials are used safely and maintained appropriately.

To be successful in this position, you should possess relevant industry experience and the appropriate vocational and training qualifications required to deliver First Aid, Fire, and Construction courses. Solid communication skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to hands-on, practical learning are essential for success at RTS Training.
