Inghams Enterprises in NSW seeks a driven CI/Process Improvement Lead to transform operations across Ingleburn and Tahmoor poultry facilities. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, mentor CI Champions, coach site teams and own the delivery of measurable projects.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep manufacturing experience, people leadership and a Lean Six Sigma mindset. You’ll work across two sites, engage stakeholders and grow CI capability within a national team.
