Verkada is expanding rapidly in Sydney and the JAPAC region. We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to own and resolve challenging issues across the full Verkada product suite for our growing enterprise customer base.
You will dive deep into customer settings, troubleshoot complex systems, and educate customers and partners on installation and configuration best practices. Collaboration with Engineering and Product is required to drive improvements and help develop the team.
