Description:

n

We are seeking motivated and capable Produce Handlers (Pick Packers) with machine operation experience to join our Epping Operations team.

n

We currently have Full-Time positions available for an immediate start.

n

As a Produce Handler your key responsibilities will include.

n

n
- Machine Operation; proper usage of all machinery and equipment.
n
- Order Fulfilment; preparing product in accordance with appropriate procedures and customer specifications including quality control, grading, pre-packing, weighing, and assembling.
n




- Understand the specifications relating to labeling produce. The accurate and complete preparation and receipt of Value-Added Batch (VAB).
n
- Adhere to Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Food Safety processes & procedures as instructed by the Supervisor.
n
- Competency to learn and operate the required warehouse machinery.

Skills and Experiences:

n

To be successful in the role you will have the following capabilities:

n

n
- Previous experience with machine operation is required.
n
- Flexible to work early morning shifts (6 am start).
n
- Availability for weekend work.
n
- Previous pick/packing experience is highly regarded.
n
- Possesses and uses positive interpersonal, communication skills and basic literacy and numeracy skills.
n
- General awareness, interest and understanding of health safety and wellbeing practices.
n
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
n
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties safely.
