Calma is recruiting for a Spa Supervisor + Team Trainer to lead and support our exceptional team of therapists in a fast-paced front-of-house role.

n

The spa supervisor role is ideal for an experienced therapist wanting to share their industry knowledge & experience and support our therapists to thrive.

n

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, learning and development plus a successful working history as a beauty/dermal/massage therapist.

What your week will look like:

n

n
- Ensuring the smooth running of the day for all customers, therapists & wellness practitioners
n
- Loving working with a team + supporting them to shine!
n
- Managing rostering and HR
n
- Implementing team meetings, training + development
n
- Co-ordinating all therapists and practitioners with grace, understanding and accountability
n
- Maintaining 5 star standards and presentation across entire the entire business
n
- Engaging the team to create social media content
n
- Excelling at client rapport + multi-tasking with a smile
n




- Pro-actively improving and growing the business in conjunction with the leadership team
n
- Taking ownership of the role with creativity and passion
n
- Working confidently + independently with a growth mindset
n
- Excelling at admin + systems, including word, excel + CRMs
n
- Confidently creating treatment plans and delivering exceptional customer service & client education
n
- Updating, implementing and documenting processes and policies
n
- Managing stocktakes, stock movement and reporting
n
- Most importantly... creating a happy and collaborative work workplace for all

Calma is open Monday to Saturday (no Sundays or public holidays)
