Your Role as an Educator

n

As part of our team, you will:

- Create engaging, responsive learning environments
n
- Build strong, genuine relationships with children and families
n
- Observe, document and celebrate children's milestones and "wow" moments
n
- Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver high-quality educational programs
n
- Contribute to a culture of reflection, growth, and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

n

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
n
- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Willingness to complete required Child Safe Training
n
- Availability to work a rotating roster (full-time hours)
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and aligned values
