About the Role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our CareScan Medical Imaging team at multiple locations on a full-time, part-time or casual basis. The position is ideal for someone looking for a challenging yet rewarding service-focused career in a supportive, non-judgmental team environment. Above-market remuneration and other benefits are on offer for the right candidate. You will be given training and supervision to succeed in this role.

This position requires rostered weekend work; we are willingto consider casuals for weekend work as well.

About You

Reception experience within medical imaging or radiology businesses.

Previous exposure to complex radiology bookings, such as CT, MRI, and Pregnancy Ultrasounds.

Ability to work weekends when rostered.

Experience in radiology typing and billing will be highly regarded.

Ability to deliver timely, polite, and productive customer-focused service.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Demonstrated composure under pressure.

Ability to learn quickly.

Ability to follow instructions.

Professional personal presentation.

The ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.

Those with multilingual abilities will be highly regarded
