Customer Service Team Member – Alstonville

We're on the lookout for a reliable and customer-focused team member to join ourAlstonvillestore.

- Casual role– approx.2–3 shifts per week
n
- Typical shifts:10:00am–5:00pmand5:00pm–10:00pm
n
- Most shifts are solo shifts, especially in the evenings
n
- Must be 18+to work solo after 5pm
n

Pay Rates (for Ages 20+):

n

n
- Weekdays: $36.85/hour
n

n

About You:

n

n
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
n
- Confident using a till and performing till reconciliation
n
- Solid communication and basic maths skills
n
- A reliable team player who's available to work nights
n
- Self-motivated and comfortable working solo
n

n

Your Role:

- Provide a warm and friendly experience to every customer
n
- Process payments for fuel, food and convenience items
n
- Handle closing procedures and till reconciliation
n
- Keep the store clean and presentable (including forecourt)
n
- Restock and rotate stock on shelves
n
