Rashi Joshi is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team on high-profile residential projects in South East Queensland.
You will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to drive the commercial management of projects from procurement through to completion.
Key duties include managing subcontractor procurement and tender processes, preparing subcontract agreements, assessing progress claims, monitoring costs and forecasts, and handling RFIs and EOTs.
