Epic IT is seeking a Level 2 Service Technician to be the face clients welcome in office.
You will perform floor sweeps, triage tickets, and handle end-user issues with a solid mix of Level 1 and Level 2 tasks.
Expect hands-on troubleshooting and proactive client engagement across multiple cities.
The role requires solid MSP IT support experience, MS 365/Azure skills, and Windows Server/AD knowledge.
In office visits across WA are standard, with potential travel to other cities.
