Kurv Living is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of our joinery installations across high-end residential projects throughout Melbourne's inner suburbs.

n

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong cabinet making and installation background who is ready to step into a leadership role, while still using their practical knowledge and experience on site.

n

You'll work across custom kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, wardrobes and architectural joinery, collaborating with some of Melbourne's leading builders, architects and designers.

The Role

n

As our Site Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating our projects on site and ensuring every installation is delivered efficiently and to the standard expected of Kurv Living.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing and coordinating joinery installations across multiple projects
n
- Coordinating and overseeing our subcontract installation teams
n
- Liaising with builders, site supervisors and our internal Project Management and Production teams
n
- Checking site readiness prior to installation
n
- Reviewing drawings and resolving installation and site-related issues
n
- Monitoring installation quality and ensuring a high standard of workmanship
n
- Managing defects, rectification works and project handovers
n
- Providing transparent updates on installation progress, delays and site issues
n




- Being hands-on when required to help resolve technical or installation challenges
n

What We're Looking For

n

Ideally, you're a qualified Cabinet Maker with extensive experience in high-end residential joinery and installation.

n

You'll have:

n

n
- Strong knowledge of cabinet making and joinery installation
n
- Experience working on high-end residential projects
n
- Excellent understanding of technical and shop drawings
n
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
n
- The ability to identify and solve problems on site
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills
n
- Confidence dealing directly with builders, supervisors and trades
n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
n
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your sites
n

Previous management experience would be highly regarded, but we're also interested in experienced cabinet makers and installers who are ready to take the next step into site management.
