GrainCorp at the Marong site seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of permanent tradespeople and contractors. You will coach and develop individuals and role-model a culture of continuous improvement and high safety standards in line with GrainCorp’s core values.
Responsibilities include preventative and planned maintenance scheduling, managing open work orders, breakdown response, budget adherence and continuous improvement of site maintenance practices.
