About The Role

n

We are looking for a consultant who combines deep engineering capability with strong consulting and delivery skills.

n

This is a hands-on consulting role where you will lead the design and delivery of modern software and AI-enabled solutions across a variety of client environments. You'll work across modern cloud-native application development, architecture and design, AI-assisted engineering practices and developer workflows, and building AI-enabled products and experiences.

n

As a lead consultant, you'll be expected to lead technical conversations with clients, shape solutions under ambiguous conditions, guide delivery outcomes end-to-end, support and mentor engineers, and stay hands-on with architecture, coding and implementation.

n

About You

n





You're an experienced software engineer and technical consultant with broad exposure across modern technology ecosystems.

n

You've likely spent years working across different languages, frameworks, cloud platforms and delivery environments, giving you the adaptability to move between projects and solve unfamiliar problems quickly.

n

You have been an early adopter in the AI transformation, and have practical experience using AI tools in delivering outcomes in production, and able to lead harness engineering.

n

Beyond AI-assisted engineering, you also have commercial experience designing or developing AI-enabled applications using technologies such as LLM APIs and platforms, RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering.

n

You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, engaging directly with clients, facilitating technical discussions, and balancing pragmatism with engineering quality.

n

You bring a consulting mindset - listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, influencing outcomes, and helping teams move forward effectively.

Tech Skills

n

n
- 12+ years of commercial software engineering experience
n
- Strong full-stack engineering capability across modern back-end and front-end ecosystems, such as Java, C#/.net, Node / Typescript, Python, Go, Typescript/JavaScript, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue
n




- Strong understanding of contemporary software architecture and distributed systems
n
- Experience designing and delivering solutions from concept through to production
n
- Strong understanding of testing, CI/CD, DevOps and engineering quality practices
n
- Commercial experience with cloud-native platforms
n
- Experience with IaC, containerisation and deployment automation
n
- Commercial experience using AI tooling to improve software delivery and engineering workflows
n
- Experience building or integrating AI-enabled applications
n
- Practical experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic workflows
n
- Strong understanding of Agile and lean delivery practices, with experience shaping backlogs, defining milestones and delivering iteratively
